FROM THE FIELD TO THE TABLE

1. We arrange tradings with local producers, from which we select the best fruit.
2. We provide guiding to our producers to increase their productivity abiding our environment responsibility standards.
3. We harvest keeping the best farming practices at all times.
4. We wash, desinfect, process and freeze our products the same day, which allows us to retain their nutrimental properties and offer a ready to eat product. Within this phase we develop tailored solutions for our customers.
5. We cover different distribution and trading points.

WHERE DOES THE PRODUCE COMES FROM?

Our products come from Queretan fields. We are in search of new zones with favorable weather and soil conditions for new plantations.

PRODUCE CARE

Already at the harvesting time we pre-cool the product to maintain its best nutrimental and sensory properties. Once processed and distributed, our suggestion is to keep them between -18 and -25ºC (-0.4 and -13ºF) to conserve its characteristics.

TEMPORALITY OF THE PRODUCT

Berries production season in Mexico is from October to May. In the case of mango, from February to August. Our agreements with producing partners and storaging partners allow us to have fruit availability through out the whole year.
